În urma articolului „Încă un cerc infracțional închis în jurul lui Adrian Năstase: Privatizarea Rodipet, țeapă de peste 70 de milioane de euro”, publicat vineri, 31 iulie, de PUTEREA, Hassan Awdi a proferat noi insulte, calomnii și amenințări la adresa polițiștilor, magistraților și jurnaliștilor din România. El aflându-se – condamnat definitiv și fugar – în Liban, unde va încasa 11 milioane de euro din taxele românilor, din cauza guvernanților foști și actuali.
Awdi, libanez cu cetățenie americană, membru al unui clan conexat cu rețele teroriste, condamnat definitiv în România în noiembrie 2014, la opt ani de închisoare, pentru falimentarea deliberată a societății CFR Mesagerie și refugiat în Liban, de unde știe că nu va fi extrădat, a scris pe pagina sa de Facebook:

I made more than 20 claims to DNA and CSM but they refused because Clan Hosu , Olaru and remus Borza are very well protected inside DNA and CSM . Another issue for you about the 8 years sentence , please go ask publicly the judge daniela panioglu to motivate her sentence and tell Romania and the world why I should go to jail for 8 years . Interpol, Euro-pole, the Lebanese and the American authorities are all waiting her motivations for 9 months . The problem is that Romania’s justice is very corrupt and politicized and the 4th power that called media is also corrupt and you are the symbol of this corruption . . The international justice is very clean and did not believe the lies of AVAS and DIICOT . Romania has international obligations ( world abnk ..etc ) to pay me . Even Romania / AVAS had made an appeal as you call it , it has almost zero chance to win and would had been again a good business for the lawyers who took from AVAS 12 millions euros and not 10 . Romania journalists and justices can make many lies on me inside romania as they had done , but it has zero value outside romania .
Finally and again stop using me to attack PSD that nationalized Rodipet ( mircea ursache ) . And of course Romania can not nationalize international businesses on its territory . Romania is responsible to compensate every foreigners for the direct and indirect nationalizations ( any type of loss of investments that is caused by the organs of the state ) . Romania must pay for all my losses inside Romania .
